Fresh tuna direct from the boat to our on site factory where they are carefully offloaded onto one of the processing tables in readiness for grading.

Grading, washing and weighing of tuna. Labels placed on the fish to indicate it's grade and weight. The grade is referenced on the export packing list so the buyers know what they are getting.

The cartons of fresh fish are carefully rolled into our own freezer trucks, which have special cooling systems that maintain the desired temperature to delivery to Nadi International Airport.
